Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the Bible?

Do you think you don’t know enough to begin to study on your own?

Maybe you’ve tried to get into the routine of reading your Bible regularly and just never been able to make the habit stick?

Oh friend, let me just tell you, I can relate!

And I floundered for a lot of years because I just didn’t know what to do and I was too embarrassed and intimidated to ask. (Also, I really didn’t know who I should ask.)

That’s one of the biggest reasons I love teaching the Bible — I get to help women figure out how to get started and how to build a habit that lasts.

Oh, who am I? Let me introduce myself.

I’m Teri Lynne, Scott’s wife and Casiday’s mom.  I’m an enthusiastic Bible teacher, a procrastinating laundry do-er, and a last-minute dinner maker. Basically, I’m a pretty normal wife and mom who loves Scripture and finds it astounding that God has let me teach and encourage women as a job for all these years. I’ve been writing Bible studies and teaching in my church for twenty years and for the past decade I’ve been also been scratching out words of encouragement for women online as well.

My favorite thing is gathering with a group of women, preferably from all seasons of life, and opening God’s Word together.

That’s what Scripture Dig is all about.

Scripture Dig is a multi-generational community for women who desire to study God’s Word together.

Every aspect of this ministry is designed to encourage and equip women in the following stages:

  • DEVELOP the habit of consistent time in the Word.
  • INVEST in others and their spiritual growth.
  • GROW in confidence and knowledge of the Bible and in understanding of God’s character and nature.
